INSPECTIONS
Our experienced team of inspectors are able to identify shingles with a manufacturer defect, as well as detect damage caused by hail or wind from one of the many severe storms that pass through our area every year. This damage is usually not visible from the ground. It requires a close inspection of the shingles, flashing, vents, and gutters to determine the presence and severity of this damage. Once we have completed the roof inspection, a report outlining any concerns we identify including photos will be provided for you. EDUCATION
Should your roof show signs of age, defective shingles, wind damage, or hail damage, we will advise you on the severity of the damage and explore your options to restore your roof to its peak function. If our assessment finds wind or hail damage, we will discuss with you the typical standards insurance companies use to determine a covered insurance claim versus an out of pocket repair. Only your policy provider can approve a claim. We provide the information that allows the homeowner to choose their best course of action. REPLACEMENT
