CertainTeed Horizon Manufacturer Defect

Many homes built between 1987 and 2005 have CertainTeed Horizon shingles installed. Some may crack or have specific granular loss that is not visible to the untrained eye. We are a certified CertainTeed installer and have the ability to identify any specific issues with the CertainTeed Horizon shingle. If the condition exists we will explain all options available to you. Not all homes will have the imperfections but we will inspect the roof for no cost to make the determination.

GAF Timberline Manufacturer Defect

Homes built between 1998 and 2009 using the GAF Timberline shingle may be affected by a defect that may cause the shingle to prematurely crack, split, or tear.   Your eligibility for this settlement will be based on the location of the property, where the shingles were made, installation date, date of your claim, and the type and extent of damage to your shingles.  The settlement has been finalized and funds will be limited.
